ABOUT ME

I was a student in the first year in the 1984 Art School in Paris, and L'Idem in Perpignan (animation), I discovered different media and experiences.
I have always lived in an artistic environment.
I don't remember when I first started drawing, but I started to get more comments on my drawings.
Since the age of 8 and at the age of 14, I conducted my first auctions under the pseudonym "Simorgh" following an exhibition at the DROUOT Hotel in Paris.
I work in a variety of media: traditional and digital drawings, comics and animated short films.
The world of animation has always impressed me and I want to get into it fully. I have my YouTube channel which I started in 2015 and I regularly post videos there of animation created by my own means in a self-taught way.

Simorgh, une jeune artiste française, a entamé sa carrière précocement. À seulement 14 ans, elle a réalisé ses premières ventes lors des enchères de Drouot à Paris, où ses dessins ont suscité un vif intérêt. Son travail se distingue par sa représentation d'un monde imaginaire peuplé de personnages hybrides, mêlant humains, animaux, extraterrestres et gentils monstres, une fusion qu'elle décrit elle-même. Cette esthétique, à la fois ludique et profonde, combine habilement des techniques artistiques variées et des outils pour créer un univers captivant, empreint de messages subtils à découvrir. Depuis 2022, Simorgh explore également la peinture, se spécialisant notamment dans l'acrylique sur toile, élargissant ainsi son champ d'expression artistique.
